Vanakam. AGM 2016 Pemuda MIC Bhg Sembrong yang dipengerusikan oleh Ketua Pemuda En.Sandrasegar telah diadakan dengan jayanya pada 31 Julai 2016 pada jam 8.00mlm bertempat di Restoran Yu Lee Paloh. AGM dirasmikan oleh En.K.Chandrasekar Ketua MIC Bhg Sembrong. En.Hutayakumar selaku Wakil Rasmi Pemuda MIC Negeri Johor turut hadir bersama. Timbalan ketua MIC Bhg Sembrong En.Pavitran, Naib Ketua En.Annamalai, Ketua Puteri MIC Bhg Sembrong Pn.Chitra, Ketua ketua cawangan dan ahli2 Pemuda MIC Bhg Sembrong telah hadir menjayakan Majlis Kami.

However, the rich and powerful Chinese community owe their early start in business to the ready and willing assistance extended by the Chettiars. It is quite true that many wealthy Chinese magnates owed a great debt to these Chettiars, for the latter extended initial capital to them, to enable them to start their business in tin and rubber.

26/7/2016, Tuesday, the day the Deputy Minister of Education YB Dato P.Kamalanathan visited Pasir Gajah Tamil School( SJK(T). It was a historic day for the school as after many years an Indian Minister visiting this only Tamil school in the state of Kelantan.
There was a huge crowd waiting with high aspiration and zeal for the Minister's visit . The minister was very happy, witnessing a mixed crowd turnout, and it was the first time that during a Tamil School event, there was huge crowd of Malay audience too. The minister was in ecstasy viewing the gigantic look of the Tamil school and the elegant preparation. He appreciated the cooperation of PIBG and PSP.
The Minister visited the school classes especially the IT class and the kindergarten class. Dato P.Kamalanathan had a joyful time entertaining the children and winning the heart of the teachers and students. He also had a meeting with all the teachers and parents. Dr.Thanaletchumy (CWC), Dr.JP Kamanathan and Dato N.Subramanian were also present throughout the program.
The minister promised that he would help out in the effort of purchasing a bus for the school. The bus is necessary as the students are scattered at various places like Kuala Krai, Guchi and Kampong Keroh. He suggested to hold a fund raising dinner which he himself would host it.
During the discussion, I requested the YB Dato P.Kamalanathan to look into ways to introduce Hindu Religion as a subject in all Tamil School syllabus as it is the only way to educate and enrich the Indian Children about our culture and religion. SJK(T) Pasir Gajah has been conducting extra classes for the children on Hindu Religion that has to be appreciated.
The later part of the afternoon , YB met the MIC members and the public and discussed the national MIC contribution in serving the Indian Community. YB was also thankful to the government in building new Tamil Schools. He also appreciated the new leadership in MIC especially Dato Seri S.Subramaniam, President MIC in bringing the Indian Community to a new era in this millennium.

Visited Kapar cementary and discussed with our late Mr Anbananthan family members on the building of Tombstone. Mr Anbananthan was an active member in mic and chairman of kelab bell belia kapar. Kapar Division agreed to provide some financial assistance to the family.

‘All Malaya Indian Conference' was held from 3rd to 5th August, 1946. A resolution to form a political entity to represent Malayan Indians was adopted on 5th August 1946. On 8th August, 1946 Malayan Indian Congress was founded

A PLEDGE FULFILLED #MicTurns70
Earlier this year, MIC President Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam visited SJKT Simpang Lima and I had the opportunity to whisper to him that the school need a better PA system. In his speech the Health Minister pledged to provide a public address system for its new multi purpose hall. Today, the pledge was fulfilled when I handed over a brand new advance PA system to the school. Present to witness the handover were the school HM Pn Kogilavany, PIBG Chairman Mr Ramachandran and parents. Looking forward towards greater involvement with the school administration and PIBG for the betterment of the students which is in Seri Andalas. God bless.

Pada 25 July 2016 pada jam 11.30 pagi, Saya, En.G.Raman PPN., Ketua MIC Bahagian Kluang, Ketua Biro Pendidikan MIC Negeri Johor / Ahli Majlis Tertinggi MIC Pusat telah Berjumpa dengan YB Datuk Seri Dr.S.Subramaniam Menteri Kesihatan / President MIC Kebangsaan di pejabat Putrajaya. dalam perjumpaan datuk Seri saya telah kemukakan empat isu iaitu pindahan tempat kerja untuk seorang Doktor, menjemput Datuk Seri ke Majlis Perasmian Pejabat Usahawan India, Menjemput Ke Kuil Segamat dan menyerahkan kertas kerja program Velicham 2.0. walaupun datuk seri sibuk dengan tugasan, datuk seri dapat meluangkan masa dengan saya untuk mendengar isu yang saya kemukakan. ini membuktikan yang datuk seri adalah seorang yang prihatin dan berjiwa rakyat. sekian terima kasih.
