6 houses were damaged and burnt @ Jalan Kovil Hilir, Sentul. 7 families were affected. Mohan Vellu of Sentul Branch Chairman & R.Balamuraly of Selayang Permai Branch Sec rushed to the scene and rendered all the help and placed the victims at Pusat Komuniti Sentul. Coordinate with DBKL to record the details of families. Also present was Mr.Charanjit of MyPPP and Datuk Dr.Dominic of PGRM

Madam Thanalaksmi, Wanita of MIC Batu handed over financial assistance to the victims of the fire. Madam Krishnaveni of MIC Service Centre visited the fire victims and agreed to help the fire victims via Service Centre.
The cause of fire is under investigation.
