Turun padang ke Kampung Sungai Buloh,Sungai Siput
Ketua Pemuda MIC Kebangsaan, Dato Sivarraajh Chandran telah turun padang ke Kampung Sungai Buloh,Sungai Siput dengan serta merta semalam untuk menziarahi mangsa ribut di kampung tersebut. Sebanyak 10 buah rumah dan keluarga telah terjejas akibat ribut dan kuat. Dato Sivarraajh telah menghulurkan sedikit sumbangan berbentuk wang tunai dan telah berjanji untuk mendapatkan bantuan seterusnya dari kerajaan Negeri Perak. Dato Sivarraajh turut diiringi Ketua Pemuda MIC Negeri Perak, Saudara Neruji Muniandy, dan pemimpin pemimpin MIC dan masyarakat Sungai Siput

MIC Batu Kawan ready to debate with Deputy Chief Minister - 2 of Penang_
1. I refer to the disgusting speech given by the Deputy Chief Minister - 2 of Penang, Profesor P. Ramasamy last night during his Deepavali Open House celebration. In his speech, Profesor P. Ramasamy challenged the President of the Malaysian Indian Congress (MIC) for a debate on the plight of Indians in this country.
2. Firstly, the words used and the quality of speech given by Profesor P. Ramasamy does not do justice and is a disgrace to the position of Deputy Chief Minister - 2. The language that was used by Profesor P. Ramasamy last night was more like an un-educated person than a leader of the community.
3. Secondly, Professor P. Ramasamy knows that he is on borrowed time. Lim Guan Eng does not trust him anymore and to make himself (Ramasamy) relevant to his party leadership, he wants to debate with the MIC President to gain some political mileage. Datuk Seri Dr. S. Subramaniam is a recognised dermatologist and the Minister of Health who is well known in the World Health Organization (WHO). I don't think Datuk Seri Dr. S. Subramanian should entertain this low class Deputy Chief Minister - 2 of Penang and give him (Ramasamy) the glory of debating with the MIC President.
4. Thirdly, we in MIC of course do not want to disappoint Professor P. Ramasamy. Since he is so desperate for a debate, the MIC Batu Kawan Division Chairman Mr.Ramalingham is ready to debate with Profesor P. Ramasamy on the issue affecting the Indian community in Batu Kawan parliament and Perai state seat before we go on to the federal Indian issues. This is more relevant to the state and the people of Penang.
5. Profesor P. Ramasamy would just need to confirm the date and time that he is available for the debate and i will make all the necessary arrangements for the debate session. In fact, i will also bear all the cost for this debate so that the people of Batu Kawan, Perai and Penang in general can witness first hand how the Penang government has treated the Indians in this state.

Attended a milestone event, "Memacu Kejayaan 100 Juta", to mark the disbursement of RM100m by Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia, facilitated by SEED, for the Indian Community, at MITI this morning. This was an allocation made by our PM in the 2012 Budget for the Indian community. In a time frame of just 4 years, this development initiative has produced many successful businesses and improved the quality of lives of those who utilised this opportunity. Our PM has walked the talk, and as promised, AIM and SEED has delivered.

Well, it is not easy to bring such crowd at rainy days but worth to note here that my Rembau MIC team, youth, wanita stand together and made it to show our strength. It was also an happiest moment for everyone especially when words of praises and appreciation comes from Negeri Sembilan Menteri Besar YAB Dato Seri Utama Hj Mohamad B Hj Hasan and Sports and Youth Minister Brigadier General YB Khairy Jamaludin Abu Bakar. Jawatan Timbalan Ketua Menteri Pulau Pinang hanya untuk meraih undi masyarakat India, tiada kuasa dibawah DAP
1. Ketua Menteri Pulau Pinang yang kini terpalit dengan skandal rasuah, Lim Guan Eng mengejutkan ramai pihak di Pulau Pinang apabila beliau mengumumkan bahawa Chow Kon Yeow bakal menggantikan beliau sebagai Ketua Menteri jika beliau dipenjarakan atas tiga pertuduhan iaitu Seksyen 23 Akta SPRM, Seksyen 165, Kanun Keseksaan dan kerana menghina mahkamah.
2. Pengumuman Lim Guan Eng bahawa Chow Kon Yeow bakal menggantikan beliau merupakan satu tamparan hebat kepada kredibiliti Timbalan Ketua Menteri sekarang, iaitu Profesor P. Ramasamy. Sebagai Timbalan Ketua Menteri, Profesor P. Ramasamy sepatutnya menjadi Ketua Menteri menggantikan Lim Guan Eng tetapi kini beliau diketepikan untuk memberi laluan kepada Chow Kon Yeow.
3. Pada pendapat saya, keputusan Lim Guan Eng ini membuktikan bahawa beliau (Guan Eng) tidak yakin akan kebolehan Profesor P. Ramasamy untuk mentadbir kerajaan negeri Pulau Pinang dengan prinsip Competency, Accountability dan Transparency (C.A.T) yang selalu dilaungkan oleh parti DAP. Adakah ini menunjukkan bahawa Profesor P. Ramasamy sebenarnya tidak kompeten dan hanya memegang jawatan Timbalan Ketua Menteri atas kapasiti politik dan bukan kebolehan beliau sendiri?
4. Selain itu, tindakan Lim Guan Eng memilih Chow Kon Yeow juga membuktikan bahawa kebolehan masyarakat India tidak dipandang tinggi oleh pemimpin – pemimpin tertinggi DAP untuk jawatan penting didalam kerajaan negeri. Ahli parti berbangsa India hanya digunakan untuk berkempen ketika Pilihan Raya Umum (PRU) dan untuk meraih undi masyarakat India namun jawatan penting diberikan kepada mereka yang lain.
5. Konklusinya, jika Chow Kon Yeow layak untuk diberi jawatan sebagai Ketua Menteri menggantikan Lim Guan Eng, mengapa beliau tidak dilantik sebagai Timbalan Ketua Menteri selepas PRU yang lepas dan jawatan itu diberikan kepada Profesor P. Ramasamy?
6. Ini membuktikan jawatan Timbalan Ketua Menteri yang diberikan kepada Profesor P. Ramasamay sebenarnya hanyalah satu “wayang kulit” untuk untuk meraih undi masyarakat India, namun tiada kuasa dibawah pemerintahan Lim Guan Eng.
7. Akhir sekali,saya masih menunggu Profesor P. Ramasamy mengambil tindakan disiplin terhadal ahli DAP, Satees Muniandy yang juga merupakan Ahli Majlis Majlis Perbandaran Seberang Perai (MPSP) kerana telah menghina Duli Yang Maha Mulai (DYMM) Tuanku Sultan Johor. Adakah Profesor P. Ramasamy setuju dengan tindakan biadap Satees Muniandy ini?

PEMBERITAHUAN CAJ RAWATAN DI HOSPITAL DAN
KLINIK KESIHATAN KEMENTERIAN KESIHATAN MALAYSIA
Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) mendapati sejak akhir-akhir ini timbul salah faham di kalangan orang awam mengenai caj rawatan di hospital dan klinik KKM serta caj Perkhidmatan Pesakit Bayar Penuh (PPBP) yang telah tersebar di media sosial. Kementerian ingin menjelaskan bahawa caj rawatan yang dikenakan ke atas pesakit warganegara di hospital dan klinik kesihatan adalah sebagaimana yang ditetapkan di dalam Perintah Fi (Perubatan) 1982 manakala caj yang perlu dibayar oleh pesakit sekiranya mereka memilih untuk mendapatkan perkhidmatan PPBP adalah berdasarkan Perintah Fi (Perubatan) Pesakit Bayar Penuh 2007. Sehubungan itu, caj yang dikenakan kepada pesakit luar adalah masih sebanyak RM1.00 sahaja di Jabatan Pesakit Luar Am dan RM5.00 sahaja di Jabatan Pesakit Luar Pakar, yang merangkumi pendaftaran, perundingan, ubat-ubatan dan segala siasatan. Manakala perkhidmatan kesihatan yang diberikan oleh KKM semasa penganjuran karnival dan kempen kesihatan adalah secara percuma. Selain itu, perkhidmatan yang diberikan melalui klinik bergerak samada melalui pengangkutan darat, laut atau perkhidmatan doktor udara juga adalah secara percuma.
Pengecualian caj rawatan hospital turut diberikan kepada pesakit yang menghidap penyakit berjangkit manakala ibu-ibu yang menjalani rawatan antenatal dan postnatal dan kanak-kanak di bawah umur satu tahun dikecualikan daripada caj pesakit luar. Kanak-kanak pra sekolah pula dikecualikan daripada caj rawatan pergigian (selain alat ortodontik), imunisasi dan vaksinasi.
Kerajaan juga memberi pengecualian caj pesakit luar kepada warga emas dan pengurangan caj 50% jika dimasuk ke wad dengan jumlah bayaran maksimum sebanyak RM250 sahaja. Antara golongan-golongan lain yang telah diberi pengecualian adalah seperti golongan OKU, penerima bantuan kebajikan, pelajar sekolah, penderma darah dan penderma organ juga diberi pengecualian daripada caj rawatan.
Walau apapun, bagi memastikan tiada seorang pun rakyat Malaysia yang memerlukan rawatan perubatan tetapi tidak mampu membayar caj yang dikenakan, Kerajaan telah menetapkan peraturan bahawa pesakit yang tidak mampu membayar caj rawatan boleh memohon untuk dikecualikan daripada membayar sepenuh atau sebahagian daripada caj yang dikenakan.
Maka adalah jelas bahawa Kerajaan akan terus komited untuk menjaga kebajikan kesihatan rakyat.

Walau apapun, bagi memastikan tiada seorang pun rakyat Malaysia yang memerlukan rawatan perubatan tetapi tidak mampu membayar caj yang dikenakan, Kerajaan telah menetapkan peraturan bahawa pesakit yang tidak mampu membayar caj rawatan boleh memohon untuk dikecualikan daripada membayar sepenuh atau sebahagian daripada caj yang dikenakan.
Maka adalah jelas bahawa Kerajaan akan terus komited untuk menjaga kebajikan kesihatan rakyat.

We need more new students enrollment at bandar Sri Sendayan , Seremban 2 , for the new Tamil school in Negeri Sembilan .This school was build at the cost of rm20million. The cost of land and construction of the building was purely from financed by Matrix Concept Bhd. No government financial support at all. The school is equipped with state of art facilities.Kindly support and spread the word around. Thank you

State Human Resource, Plantation and New Village Action Committee chairman Datuk L. Manickam said the approvals were obtained via the leadership and good deed of Menteri Besar of Nsdk YAB Dato' Seri Utama Hj Mohamad bin Hasan.
He said SJKT Bukit Bertam would be relocated to Bandar Sri Sendayan near here.
He said the YAB Menteri Besar had requested housing developer Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd to build the school, comprising a block with 12 classrooms, costing RM5 million, for free and will completed by next year. Even the land of 6 acre was given to us by Yab MB.
Negeri Sembilan State Government awarded the housing project to Matrix Consept Sdn Bhd, hence Menteri Besar requested them to build the school.
Please stop spreading unverified news. The Goverment is commited towards uplifting the Indian community economically & educationally. Thank You.

I URGE A COMPREHENSIVES STUDY OF ANCIENT MAJAPAHIT REMAINS IN MALACCA

Two weeks ago a group of professional divers apparently discovered parts of a Hindu temple and a fort-like structure along the Malacca river.
These findings are believed to point to a submerged city that had existed even before Parameswara founded Malacca in 1400.
I therefore urge the state government and the archaeological department to undertake an in-depth study and make public the findings as these are really very important to understand the history of the ancient kingdoms that had existed before Malacca.
Chief Minister Datuk Seri Idris Haron has indicate that he had received a report but what we need is an in-depth study of the relics.
I urge the Malacca state government and the national archelogy department to investigate these finding and make public the findings.
Relics possibly dating back to the 13th-century Majapahit empire are believed to have been found along a 2km stretch beneath the Malacca river.

The Majapahit empire was centralised in east Java and was a vast archipelagic kingdom during its peak between 1293 and 1527.
Malacca was once an important town for Majapahit’s palace officials and soldiers who made the town their maritime headquarters.
In February last year, The Star reported that relics discovered in Pulau Nangka were reportedly from the Majapahit era.
Two relics found on the island by a salvaging firm featured characters and symbols that indicated that they could date back to the Majapahit kingdom.
These early findings warrant an exhaustive look at the site.

A united MIC deserves better representation come GE’ 14 – Madhu Marimuthu
Kuala Lumpur – The warring faction from the Dato Seri G Palanivel’s team united and pledged unconditional and undivided support to the leadership of elected MIC President, Datuk Seri Dr S Subramaniam at MIC Headquarters yesterday evening. That ends the over two year party factionalism that tore the party apart. MIC returns as a united front with over 400,000 members and as the biggest Indian based party surviving political storm since its formation 70 years ago in 1946.
Mathuraiveran Marimuthu, who is a MIC CWC member, said Datuk Seri Dr Subra has been asking the warring faction to return to the party since last one year and the efforts has finally beared fruits. That is an endorsement of Datuk Seri Dr Subramaniam’s leadership. He also expressed satisfaction on Dato Sothinathan’s statement that he is returning to the party in the interest of the community without any expectations.

It was a grand function, yet had a personal touch with Datuk Mohan and Datin Loges showing great hospitality while they hosted us at their home. Nicer to have had the company of MIC President, Datuk Seri Dr S.Subramaniam, MIC VPs and most CWC members, to symbolise unity and comradeship of MIC. The festival of lights bonds us further!
